Can't out a 2616 'monitored' phone

Hello,
I need to change a TN from a 2616 to a 3901. When outing the 2616 I get the error code "SCH8783" which is telling me it is a monitored phone. How do I un-monitor a phone so it can be outed?

But it looks like a phone has a BFS key of the phone your trying to out

Sorry I'm in the wrong forum. How would I find the phone that has the BFS key?

Print the TN of the phone you want to OUT then look for BFTN prompt it will show any phones with the keys.
