Can't open Outlook

Every time one of our user in the network try to open Outlook she gets the message "Unable to open Outlook". This comes for every workstation in this network. And all other users does not have any problem whith Outlook, so I supose it has somting to do with the profile but I dont know why. We have NT 4.0 server and workstation, with MS Office 2000 Premium. I hope someone can help me finde a solution

We've had a lot of difficulty with .ost files and Outlook, causing similar problems. Have you tried deleting their OST files?
