Can't open application but only one time...

HI everyone,

I'm using Windows XP and I have a problen opening and application in Access 2000: I can open my application and close the application and when I try to reopen it again it will not let me, I have to reboot to be able to access it again.
I would appreciate any help.

The next time you exit the application open your Task Manager and check the Processes list to make sure the executable actually shut down.

That is it.. it doens't close the execurable. What do I do to fix it?

For starters you can try running the Repair tools.

I tried to installed the SP3 and nothing repaired and nothing reinstalled and still giving me the same problem. Would it be Windows XP?

Do the Service packs in order: #1 - #3, rebooting in each instance.
