cant mount information store!

i am trying to mount my public store whch fails and gives the msg the specified tore is currently in use c1041735.
i have tried to defrag etc using eseutil but still fails as did eseutil commands i haven't stopped/started info service as am scared that it will fail and i will lose email (priv store fine)

Do you have enough disk space to allow the Public Store to grow? This happened to me, and that was the problem.

thanks for the reply space not an issue, it appears a file had got locked after a user deleted an item from public folder. could not stop service (info store),could not reboot had to pull pug and cross fingers! all ok after starting services mnually
