can't make outgoing calls

Hi there,

I have added recently 8 new agents, after doing the configuration they are able to receive calls normally like the other agents but they can't make outgoing calls, they will get a busy tone.
If the old agents login through the new phones they are able to make the outgoing calls, I have checked the configuration in the IP office everything looks fine. Please let me know where should I look for is it in the IP office only or also in the ipocc configuration.

You should look at Monitor traces and IPOCC logs to find out what is causing this as with any other issue you're having.

i will try to do the tracing, but my question is the settings to make outgoing calls only in IP Office( Manager) or also in the IPOCC application?
 
If your agents can dial out from their phones they should be able to dial out from IPOCC.

I dont want them to dial through the IPOCC they have desk phones that they dial from, as I told you the old agents can dial normally but the new ones can't dial, and I made sure they are on the same user rights with the same shortcodes.
 
Check SIP Tab of each user - you should have a DDI there instead of default extension
 
Hi Vladcbv,

I could not find any SIP tab in the IPO Manager.
 
found the problem, i forgot to add them in the msn configuration
