I have added recently 8 new agents, after doing the configuration they are able to receive calls normally like the other agents but they can't make outgoing calls, they will get a busy tone.
If the old agents login through the new phones they are able to make the outgoing calls, I have checked the configuration in the IP office everything looks fine. Please let me know where should I look for is it in the IP office only or also in the ipocc configuration.
