I have IIS 5.1 on Windows XP. I put my files on
c:\intepub\ My html pages work fine when I
access it by using the computer name as the url.
But my asp pages don't work. I get a HTTP 500 error.
"The page cannot be loaded." What could be wrong with
my setup?

Hi,

You need to change your execute permissions from "none" to "scripts", this can be done by opening the properties for "default web site" and on the "Home directory" tab select the option near the bottom that says "execute permissions" and set this to "Scripts".

Hope this helps, just ask for more if needed

Hi Russell,

The execute permissions is set to "scripts only." I also tried the "scripts and executables" option but the asp pages still don't work. I'm sure my code is correct because I've already tested it on the internet. I also tried uninstalling and installing IIS, but still the same problems.
