Hi,
I have a big problem.
2 days ago my ccm server reboot because of a loss of A/C.
Fortunately the phones system works well, all the services are up and running BUT I can't access anymore to the Cisco Call Manager Administration.
When I start the application I get the pop-up windows "You do not have permissions for CallManager Administtration"... even if I logged in with CCMADMINISTRATOR!!!
On this machine I have the Multi Level Administration activated and I suppose there's something wrong with the username/password database...
I saw in the Cisco web that the MLA put a key in the local registry.
How is possible to deactivate the MLA so that the username to access is the local NT administrator?
Is it possible to recreate the MLA database?
Many thanks for your help.

Have you tried re-booting the server? This is what I had to do to get access in mine. Sorry can't help with the Registry edit.

I try to reboot but nothing change.

What version of callmanager are you running? If you are running callmanager 3.3.x or earlier, what version of MLP are you running?

Stay cool; it’s not over yet!

My CCM is version 4.02.
MLA in this version is integrated.
MLA is the Multi level administration that permit to manage the CCM using an authentication that redirect to a local database and not to the w2000 database.

Sorry for the Typo...I meant MLA. The only stupid question is the one that doesn't get asked.

I know the password get stored in the Window's Regitry. Do you have any other login that you can login as. You might need to reset the "Enable MultiLevelAdmin" from true to false and the other way around.

Stay cool; it’s not over yet!
