I recently swapped out a system for one of our employees. She logins into bank & credit union sites on a regular basis. Now on her new system - there are 2 sites that she types in the login password & username and the same login screen pops back up. It just seems to go blank. She is running XP 2/ service pak 2, with the firewall turned off. I checked all the settings in Explorer and they are the same as on her old system (which was WIN 2000). ANY ideas????????

One quick thing to check would be a software firewall running on the system. If the user has something like Symantec Client Firewall or Norton Personal Fireall try disabling the firewall and getting to the secure site. If that works you can begin troubleshooting from there.
