can't login coldfusion as adminstrator

After I changed to another ISP I can't login as Adminstrator anymore. I tried localhost:8500 and 127.0.0.1 but still no luck. Anyone get any idea?

well for starters localhost and 127.0.0.1 refer to your local machine(home machine) not an outside ISP.....

Thanks for your input brannonH, I have seen some comments about that too but nothing specific. Can you be more specific or give me steps how to do that?

Localhost is your local computer, the machine you are doing the development (or testing) on. If you're trying to get to a live web server (one that actually hosts the site on the internet), you're going to have to put in the public IP address of that server.
