We've upgraded our system and swapped from 3 digit to 4 digit extensions to match our DIDs (starting with 16xx). Since the upgrade, I am unable to log into voicemail. I reset the password and I now get a "Not Allowed". If I enter the wrong password, I get "Invalid Password" so I think it's recognizing the password but not letting me in. Any thoughts?
