Can't log on to a domain remotely or see local printers

Neither the NT Sever or the Windows 98 can see locat printers or log on to the remote domain. Their is no PDC or BDC in the the local office. They log on remotely.
 
Regarding your remote login problem, if you are the only user experiencing the problem , proceed as follows:<br>
1. Are your network settings correct ? Check your protocol<br>
settings, IP address, etc.<br>
2. Is your network card working ? Try to ping your network<br>
card. <br>
3. If you are successful in #2, ping your router and then<br>
your PDC or BDC. If you can ping your PDC or BDC, verify<br>
that your user account and password in the PDC or BDC are<br>
correctly configured. If you cannot ping the PDC or BDC,<br>
the problem is with those machines.<br>

If everything look fine but still cannot login, try resetting your user account and password.<br>
