Can't locate parameter that already runs in a report?

I am trying to edit a report that was created by someone else, and I noticed that the parameter field runs upon refresh (and has a green check as if it were inserted into the report) but I can not locate that parameter in the preview or in a formula. How is it running?

The parameter is set to choose between all recrods or only the most recent when the report is run.

I meant to say that the parameter is not in the "design" area (instead of saying "preview".)

One means is to export it using the report definition file format and then open the output and search for the parameter name to see where it is located.

Often times they are used exclusively in the Report->Edit Selection Formula->Record or Group.

Ok, I found it:
Object Format Formulas -
Expand: {?Include All}=True

Subreport begins

Any guesses as to what that means?

Hi,
Looks like an OLAP command for showing dimensions..

Can't say for sure as I have never used OLAP reports.

Yeah, that's saying that the CAN GROW function has a formula of {?Include All}=True in it.

Right before the text you pasted will state where, probably a group but it's also wherever the subreport is.

In essence you have an option to show or not show the subreport data as a result of the parameter.

Turk: That's the terminology used in the Report Definition Files for the CAN GROW option formula.

Turk: It isn't a traditional formula, it's when you use it in the formula section (X 2) of a Can Grow option, it shows the terminology that way in the report definition for some odd reason.
