We have a BCM50 and Call pilot. I've got one IP user in another state. When this user calls into another extension and attempts to leave a voice mail, it usually does not save that voicemail. I just had him call me and go to voicemail. While he was leaving the message my MWI blinked as did my line, but then when he hung up, the light went off and I did not get the message.
