I'm running Phone Manager Pro 3.0.14 on a 406. I set up VoIP using a Plantronics DSP 100 USB Headset.
On incoming calls I can hear and speak fine via the headset, but on outgoing calls I only have the speech path, I don't hear the called party, but they can hear me.
In the control panel I have used the headset as the default for all settings, recording, audio both ways.
Under the VoIP extension I have toggled the "Allow Direct Media Path" setting with no result.
The call is via a VPN soft client on a laptop.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
