Can't Hear Outbound Calls using Softphone iPro

I'm running Phone Manager Pro 3.0.14 on a 406. I set up VoIP using a Plantronics DSP 100 USB Headset.

On incoming calls I can hear and speak fine via the headset, but on outgoing calls I only have the speech path, I don't hear the called party, but they can hear me.

In the control panel I have used the headset as the default for all settings, recording, audio both ways.

Under the VoIP extension I have toggled the "Allow Direct Media Path" setting with no result.

The call is via a VPN soft client on a laptop.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Have the same with VPN Client. Have you tried it locally? My guess is it will work just fine.
 
did you uninstall the qos packet scheduler in your vpn client?

Have tried to no avail. Just try making a voip user in extensions first rather than allowing the new user option creating one for you. Im not sure how this happened but this cured my issue immediatly today.
