Can't grind automatically in ALOHA

Hello, I work for a company that uses the aloha application. I find it difficult to discuss with the team, the problem I'm experiencing is that when the site does EOD, So the site can't do import sales at NBO, so it's an error. I have to do manual grinds every day so they can import sales at NBO. So what file makes the automatic grind? Meanwhile, the power to check the GRIND DBF.30XXX & WINHOK files is already available on each subdate. Please advise

What do your debout.eod tell you?
Look under /tmp and check it after a failed EOD
