Can't get to voicemail and have to dial complete # to get to other ext

System: Merlin Legend with Merlin Mail

At one particular extension, the user can NOT simply dial 770 (like all the other extensions) to get to the voicemail. Also, the user has to dial the complete number to call another extension (with other extensions, the user only has to dial the 4 digit extension number). This particular extension does have a direct PRI number that can be dialed outside the system to get directly to them.

I'm an IT person, so if you can help, please give me step by step.

Is there an online manual to tell me step by step how to create a new table. Will this table just apply to the one extension or will this be a system wide change (If it's system wide that makes me nervous becasue every phone works accept this one).
