Can't get to database form

I seem to have broken a form that was working quite well until I started working on a list box index. When I try to click it on in both design and open nothing happens. The documenter message is "Application-defined or object-defined error. Is there any way to recover any of the 3days of work? Any help would be most appreciated.

I wish it were References. Discovery of that Access trap for the uninitiated happened a while ago. Everythings been working with (in order): VB for App,MSAccess 9.0,MS DAO 3.6,OLE Automation, MS VB for Apps Ext 5.3,MS Scripting Runtime. Now everything works except for this one main form and that will not even open. It is effectively closed. I can't even recover the code. Thanks.
