Can't get sets sets to ring, CO lines are set for ringing

All my STS set have stop ringing when a CO line rings in?
Have checked Flash-40 & verified all CO lines are set for ringing.

Could there be some sort of "feature code" that shut off all ringing to sets by my end user?

Intercom to Intercom rings fine.

Individual stations can change the ring tone, as well as turning it off. It's in the users guide.

Thanks again for answering my question.

Unforunately that didn't work...
Heres what we ended up doing > since sta-100 was the only one sta ringing in another office from the main office, I had our tech swapout that sta-100 to the office where the others were not ringing so they could hear the lines ringing in and as soon has he swapped out sta-104(not ringing sta) with sta-100 > all the phones in main office started ringing again and including sta-104 where he took sta-100 out of. And actully when sta-100 was disc all phones didn't ring, is that sta-100 the main controlling sta for the vodavi system???
Strange!!!! Could it be if a station was assign original and someone came along and swapped out the phones, would that possibly lockout the others stations???
