Can't get screen saver to work

Hello all,
I am attempting to add our company logo as a screensaver on a 9621G. I believe I have all of the necessary settings and I noticed that the file is loading on the phone but after a minute I still see the default Avaya logo. What am I doing wrong. Here is my 46xx setting file.

## SCREENSAVERON specifies the number of minutes of idle time after which the screen saver will be displayed.
## If an image file has been downloaded based on the SCREENSAVER parameter, it will be used as the screen saver.
## Otherwise, the built-in Avaya one-X(TM) screen saver will be used.
## Valid values are 0 through 999; the default value is 240 (4 hours).
## A value of 0 means that the screen saver will not be displayed automatically when the phone is idle.
## This parameter is supported by:
## 96x1 H.323 R6.0 and later
## 96x1 SIP R6.0 and later
## 96x0 H.323 R1.0 and later, but not supported by the 9610
## 96x0 SIP R1.0 and later

Any help would be appreciated

Try to do a clear on the phone and let it pull the 46xxsettings.txt and the logo again.
I have seen this before and a clear fixed it.

I got it to work right after i posted this. The jpg was too big. Thanks for the reply

Is there a way to turn off the backlight so that the screen saver has a dark background instead of a white background?

It is in the 46xxsettings.txt too.
It is set to 240 by default.

Which setting is it? I adjusted the baklightoff setting but that just makes the entire background dark without the screen saver.
