CAN'T GET RID OF MSExchangeFBPublish 8213 HELP

Hi all,

Overview: Running Windows 2000 Advanced server, with Exchange 2000 server on the same box. IBM Netfinity 3000 server 512mb ram. Both has SP3. Clients connecting via Outlook XP either on Win2k Pro or XP Pro machines. Small office only about 25 users.

In the event log I get a bunch of these errors a day.

Event ID: 8213
Description:
System Attendant Service failed to create session for virtual machine "name". The error number is 0xc007052e.

I have searched & searched MSKB & tech forums but with no luck. Everyone keeps pointing me to Article Q296151 but the steps there make no sense at the end & the registry fix didn't help. Plus on EventID.net I get this "no info". Noone seems to know.

Error code: 0xc007052e - no info

Anyone have any suggestions? THANKS IN ADVANCE.
