Having a problem getting voicemail to email to work on embeded voice mail on IPOffice 500 R7. When I run system monitor, it says that the smtp server is "snoozing", it wakes it, then it goes back. I can telnet to smtp site via putty. I have the smtp tab in system settings set to the ip address of my isp (207.115.11.17)smtp address found using "tracert" command in the cmd prompt. Port 25 is set and have a email address from my domain, voicemail@telteksystems.net.
User is setup to forward to their email address, support@telteksystems.net. I did build 2 routes:R1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.2.254 Lan1 0 uncheck Proxy ARP, and R2 207.115.11.17 255.255.255.255 192.168.2.254 LAN1 0 no check for Proxy ARP. All this was troubleshot with first level tech support from distributer. Need help.
