Can't get EDC to Authorize .req files

After having my terminals mock transactions about a year ago and not send them to edc I thought I had learned how to do this. I followed the information from my original post again

And the transactions are still not getting to EDC First I deleted the spooling file and nothing changed. Next I moved the .spl files from my term1 to alohaboh edc and renamed them to .req and nothing will happen. I tried going to services starting and stopping. Rebooted the system. Tried all the advice I found but no luck. The files are sitting in the edc folder. Any help would be great

Sorry forgot this in the original post the reason it spooled was I spilled water on the modem and switched it out for a new one. And all cc transactions since are going through fine it is only the cards run before I switched modems and deleted the spooling file that I can't get to authorize
