I have the Nortel Norstar network with CallPilot 150 and SMDR6 and a 3rd party program From RSI called Telecost Voice and Data Management CMS. I can not get outbound statistics on my CallPilot Call Center Summary Reports. The stats appear on the agent reports but not on the daily summaries. This has been the problem since it was installed and SBC has no clue how to fix. I am new to all this and am wondering if the RSI software is nessesary in order to get the data from the SMDR6 to the CallPilot Call Center Reports. It would seem that if all I wanted was the info on the Nortel reports, I should be able to get it without an outside companies software. I don't need costing info and this RSI software seems more for the hotel industry and overkill for what we need. The metrics on the Nortel CallPilot Call Center Reports is all I need.
