can't forward to acd que

I have set up a acd que and am trying to forward a phone to the the que. The call forward to call pilot instead of the acd que, if i dial the acd number the calls go through fine.
 
post the set you have forwarded. Is the queue active?

Here is more of what is happening. There are 4 DID numbers listed to the public to call this business, They are wanting a acd group set up with 3 agents. I have the acd group setup and the 3 agents setup. I built analog lines for the 4 DID number to call forward to the acd group. The calls will forward as long as someone is logged into the acd group if no one in logged in it sends the call to callpilot for the DID number called not the NCFW of the acd group. The DIDs do not have voicemail setup so the recording stating this dn is not subscribed to this service.
 
Make the 4 DIDs CDNs and target the DFDN of the CDNs to your Queue.

Thanks I will try this tonight after hours. I thought I have forwarded using analog ports in the past I guees that doing it that way does not work.
 
I setup a CDN and I still am not getting it to NCFW. Here is a print of CDN and ACD

when it hits call pilot, what are you wanting it to do then

it hits voicemail box 8336 which has a message on it. When i call 8336 it goes to the message recorded on 8336 when i call the number forwarded to 8336 i get the voicemail box for the number forwarded to 8336. If if 1 of the acd agents is logged into the group when you call the number forwarded 8336 it goes to the agent that is logged in.
 
I am going to setup the 4 DIDs to share a mailbox with 8336
that I think will fix my problem
 
I think it will. Remember - An unanswered call will always revert to the mailbox of the orginally dialed number whether it has VM or not.
