Can't Forward Messages 1

Customer has MICS with NAM.

At night the receptionist forwards her extension to another extension in the office. When she comes in,in the morning, she cancels the forwarding and checks the general delivery mailbox. She can listen to the messages, but there is no option to forward the messages.

Now, if she forgets to forward her extension at night, when she comes in the following morning she can access the general delivery mailbox and forward messages as usual.

Any ideas???
 
Just spoke to the receptionist. She is using prompts on the phone. (copy, erase, forward, etc.) she has not tried pressing 5 after listening to the message. I have asked her to try it in the morning. Hopefully this will do the trick.

Can't remember why you might not see the "copy" option, but it is always there if you press 5.
