Can't find User's name at Address Book on GW 5.5

I am using Novell Netware 5.5 w/ Client 4.81 w/ Windows 2000. One of the client said her name is at the groupwise address book. I checked on Console one it looks fine. The visibility is under System. How can I fix this problem?. Thanks.

If you mean it does Not show in the address book, in NWAdmin > GWView > right-click the post office and choose Synchronize. That should fix it. you can also do the same process on a user or domain.
