Can't export GUI Display

I can log onto a unix machine where Tivoli (TWS) is installed but cannot export the maestro GUI display.

I get an error saying access denied. There is no firewall problem and my unix terminal software (Hummingbird Exceed) seems to be configured correctly. Any ideas?

can u pls explain ur tivoli enviroment.pls send ur dsm.sys file settings.

What do you need to know about the Tivoli environment and also where can I find dsm.sys settings?

how u have connected ur tape library through tsm server?through a san card or through a gigabit interface card.on which os ur tsm server is installed?and where is ur storage agent installed?the dsm.sys file is in path /usr/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin

1. What is the TSM server level and what OS?
2. What is the Storae Agent level and what OS?
3. What version of Ultrium device driver on Windows  are you running?
4. What version of Atape and Atldd device drivers on AIX are
you
running?
5. What is the TDP level, for what database and which OS?
6. What is the tape library you are using?
7. How many drives are there?
8. What type of HBA is installed on both TSM server and
storage
agent
machines?
9. What is the TSM device driver level on both TSM server and
storage agent
machines?

commands to check(for ur help) :-
# lslpp -ql Atape.driver
# lslpp -ql atldd.driver
#smitty tapes
out put of command to list all HBA driver
# lsdev -Cc driver
