cant expand exchange mailboxes for restore

hi,

we work with arcserve 11.1+sp2 (build 3202) on a win2k3 server. two libraries are connected (one with fiber, one with scsi). everything works fine, but:

when i try to restore an exchange mailbox from a document-level backup i cannot expand the session in the restore window and the small box stays grey. i'm sure that i try to expand the correct session, the second session, which contains the database-level backup, works as it should.
just the document-level-sessions (2 of them, info-store and pubfolders) are affected.

on the exchange server (w2k3 + exchange2k3) the premium agent is installed, same version (11.1+sp2, build 3200) as the backupsever.
during the backup no error is reported (except some few mailboxes that can't be saved due to disabled users).
the exchange-db is quiet large already (near 90 gb)

Have you tried merging the tape or the location where you are trying to restore from? Your database might be configured to hold so many days worth of data.

yes, sure i tried to merge a couple of times - same result. this is the strange thing, that even after merging the session, the small box beside the session still stays grey.
