Can't Expand Collections

One of the divisions of my company just brought up their SMS 2.0 (SP3) site.

I can connect to this new site from my SMS MMC (in a different site), but when I try to expand Collections, I get the following error:

I have the appropriate permissions in this other site. I searched Technet for this error, but it wasn't very helpful.

This is usually attributed to permissions failure due to timeouts of the WBEM layer authentication. When all of your security is configured correctly, then this error can still appear sporadically. Does this error happen every single time, or only some of the time?

Another option is the Allow Anonymous Connections problem. Basically, if you have a Native Mode Windows 2000 environment AND you have turned off Allow Anonymous Access in your domain, then SMS can generate this problem (SMS needs the Anonymous connection to perform some basic stuff).
