You guys seem very knowledgable and I'm hopeful that you can help me, as this is my first time ever using ContactStore.
I am working with a client who has given me VPN access to their recorded calls in ContactStore 7.8. I can see, and play, the calls in IE but would like to be able to download them as well. When I attempt to download all appears normal; I am asked if I want audio, details, or both... asked where I want to save the file... then a little progress bar makes it seem like it's working. When I look for the files on my pc though, they do not exist. Any ideas on how I can get this to work? Thanks!
