cant dial out sip trunk 1

I can rec calls but cant dial out. monitor is showing that I am sending out a mac address for clid? so the call is getting denied.

i am using a ip500 4.2(11). the sip provider is curry
 
what is your outbound short code?

should be something along:

N;
N"@sip.provider.com"
TG SIP Trunk
 
I changed to user data and got the sip tab, added the did # there, but it still is sending out a mac address not a did?
 
for all sip problems you really need to post a trace from monitor and detail your settings (Network Topology, SIP Trunk, Short Codes).

thanks everybody. we are up and running. I think I was having a issue with dsn. but also I was trying to use lan 2, once I switch over to lan 1 he was able to see my system. not sure which thing was the problem. I will look at it a little further to see where I went wrong.
