I have 2 extensions. One which can dial *60 and another which cant. They are a member of the same categories/groups. Everytime the extension dries to dial *60*, the message comes up on the phones as "procedure failed".

Am I missing something obvious ?

You need to check the following: -

If they are Analogue or Digital, D3D4 of SERV must be set to an odd number to allow this, Diversion Bypass.

If they are Generic Extns then D4 of CDIV needs to be 1.

Thanks a lot for this. The extension which was having a problem had D1 of Add CAT set as 1, hence being an ACD, and they needed to log out of the group and back in again.. doh!

Cheers :)
