CAN'T DIAL 1-866

CAN'T FIND OUT WHY WE CAN'T DIAL 1-866-264 NUMBERS. I'VE CHECKED THE NXX AND NPX AND SPN. STILL GET A BUSY SIGNAL.

is 264 the only exchange in 866 not working. if so and only 1866 is programmed in switch trouble would be a carrier trouble not PBX.

then the trouble is not in your switch, it's in the office. unless you program 7 digit routing it's not their

Did you happen to print ALL NPAs or just the 1866 NPA? If you printed all of them, then you might see NPA 1866 264 set up to deny all calls, if you just print NPA 1866 I don't think you see any of the broken out NPAs.

have you checked to make sure the rli is the same as 1800

I checked all programming is fine. Here it was the 1-800 carrier. It's working now and thanks for all info. All you guys are great. Thanks Tdog

if you just print NPA 1866 I don't think you see any of the broken out NPAs

arch, might want to check that, you can't have a 1866 and a 1866 xxx in the same switch, sorta get the sch thing
