Does the error occurr when trying to send to one certain domain, or is this the case to any outside domain? If it only happens one one domain then it could be due to a dns issue. I received this error on a clients server one time when they were trying to send mail to an AOL subscriber. The ip that they bought off of sprint had been dubbed a spamming ip by AOl and had been blocked. All Complaints Will Be Routed To /dev/null
