Can't delete Zip file and linked Temp File

Good morning

I have A zip file and what appears to be an asssociated temp file:

_Za01868 (no extension) 555908 kb

Eudora_Active_Folder.zip 555908 kb (last modfied date is 4 minutes later, created date seconds after the lastmod date for _Za01868 above))

trying to delete either or both comes back with cannot delete file in use but WinZip is unloaded not just minimised

These two files are taking up a GB of hdd

Any tips to get rid of them?

After a second reboot the locks on the file(s) disappeared and they were successfully deleted

Thanks for thre suggestion, will achive this for another time
