Yesterday I posted that XP kept rebooting itself for no reason at all while trying to access an aspect of a program. Then it did the same whiloe re-installing the program. Well, the advice given was to download SP1, but the computer already has it. When I went to install the program again, I found that the program had been partially installed, complete with icons and shortcuts. When I try to access the program the CMD comes up and the "Fatal Error" message "Cannot communicate with machnm1.exe". When I try to uninstall the program it seems to do it but it really doesn't. I can't repair it either. In other words the program is stuck in the computer.B-( Solutions?
