I'm having the strangest problems. For one thing, anytime I run an .exe file, either the process uses up 99% of the cpu and my computer slows to a CRAWL and I have to shut down the process - OR - I get an error message "unable to create a file in the Windows Temporary Directory. Please ensure that you have write permission for this and adequate space is available."
I DO have rights and there is PLENTY (and then some) space available.
The 2nd strange thing is that I now cannot delete ANY files from my comptuer. When I try to do so i get the messsage "cannot delete xxxfile: The directory or file cannot be created".
There's more quirky things going on I can't figure out, but maybe someone can help?
I did run virus scans and there are no virusus on this computer. It's relatively new also (2 months).
THANKS!
