Cant create MDE

I have completed a database and it all works ok, but when I try to create an MDE file, I get the mesaage"Microsoft Access was unable to create an MDE database" . Is there a simple answer or something I can check??

When mine would not work I went into the VBA editor and clicked Debug/Compile and an error showed up in my code. I fixed it and all was well..

Many thanks. There was an error and now I can make the MDE file
