can't connect tomy server

I am running windows server 2000.I am behind a firewall.Have a router.Router has a static ip address.when i tried to access my server using a web browser , the connection failed.I try to connect using the ip adddress provided by my isp ,and still i could not success.Now i don;t konw the out going interface ip of my router.The router is dhcp enabled.Any help would be appriciated.
The router has this config
ip 192.168.0.1
default gateway same
but isp has different dns sewrver and ip address for host.

you should be able to find this info by getting into your router console (normally through a web browser).
