Ok this is hopefully a very simple question.

I have just reformated a pc and put win 95 on. I'm trying to get it back on the network and back online. I've never had this kind of problem setting up the TCP/IP settings seeing how I'm the network admin. If someone could please help me out I'd appreciate it.

Thanks
Yancy

Does device manager report any problems with the ethernet adapter ?

Is the TCP/IP protocol installed and bound to the card ?

Have you got the microsoft client logon set as your default ?

Can you ping your loopback address ?

Exactly what problems is the machine exhibiting ?
