can't connect to ms project 2003 server using project 2003

Hi I can't connect to ms project 2003 server using project 2003 pro client and a project server account. Logging in from the ms project 2003 server console works fine but from a different computer it does not. I receive this error:

"The server at '

http://servername.com'

returned the following error to Project.

HTTP/1.1 405 Method not allowed
