Hi to all,
I just changed to a new computer and I can't connect my Canon i850 printer. It won't recognize it directly by connecting (usb) and I can't add it through the control panel.
I tried going into the local services panel to start the spooler and it gives me a 1068 error...
I'm going crazy!
Thanks for any help!
Chris

You should try install all the proper drivers for the new printer. If you dont have the CD, goto the Canon website and download them.

You also might have to go to canon to get an update USB driver so it will detect the printer.

other options is that the USB cable is bad, the connecting port is bad, or the port on the printer could be wack.
