Can't connect / ping utility server cm7

Hi

One of our engineers has just deployed 3 new CM7 LSP's

When building he had a mini network set up with the gateway going into a small switch and his pc set to the same range and he could connect and setup the utility server with no issues.

Now all 3 are on the customer sites we cannot ping or connect to the utility servers , but they are up because the phones are getting the settings file and language files ok.

We can ping the OVA IP and CM IP.

we cannot ping from the switch that the g430 is connected to so no firewall or blocking should be going on.

Has anyone come across this ? / or has a resolution ?

Can you ssh onto the utility server ?

Not that they mean a thing anymore , get a brain dump pass the test crash the system.

We did not try this, We have no remote access at the moment but the engineer will be on another site on the same network tomorrow so will ask him to try.

Hi Monty / Anyone

When installing the Utility OVA the engineer choose the option "Utility Server Only "

The default option is "Full Functionality"

Does anyone know if choosing the Utility server only would cause the utility to be un contactable ?
