I have 1 desktop ( namely AMD3400 ) equipped with a wireless router ; and another Notebook ( namely Notebook ) wired linking to the router to share Interneting. They both work BUT can't see each other . I configure both machines to the same workgroup name: "Playboy" , and also already share the working folders in both amchines , however fail still.

Can anybody help !

Both run WinXP with service Pack 1

Have you set up sharing on both drives? In otherwords have you gone into the properties on the 'C' drive of both PC's and assigned them share names? Also are the firewalls blocking you?
