I am so frustrated with this...
I have looked at every thread I could find on this...
I have a workbook that intial had a Macro to Protect/Unprotect all of the sheets at once.
I have tried delete the Module from VBE. I have no code on of the worksheets.
I have tried to copy the content on one sheet to a new workbook and it still says there is a Macro in it.
Now I know I can lower my security settings, but my issue is that I can't email this file b/c most servers block VBA code.
I really don't want to recreate this workbook from the ground up.
Please someone help me!!

Hi,

"I have tried delete the Module from VBE."

Did you "REMOVE" all the modules and UserForms?

In the VBE, on a blank code sheet for any Worksheet or This Workbook Object...

Edit/Find -- Search Current Project...

and enter the word sub

See what happens.

Did you want me to search for "#1"?? Didn't find anything.
I tried all sheets and current workbook.

Sorry... yes I removed all modules. I don't have userforms that I know of but how would I delete them if I did? (Just trying all avenues)

The only objects that should be in the Project Explorer, are the ThisWorkbook object and worksheet objects.

Are the number of worksheet objects the same as the number of sheet tabs?

Yes. 20 sheets, 20 listed in the Project Explorer, plus the ThisWorksheet.

In the VBE...

Tools/References

What references are CHECKED?

Visual Basic for Applications
Microsoft Excel 11.0 Object Library
OLE Automation
Microsoft Office 11.0 Object Library

...Are all checked.

I suppose that you might have some VB Script code. If so, I know enough about VB Script to wet a thimble.

BTW, did you try to copy each sheet to a new workbook one at a time to see if only ONE sheet is the culprit?

I'm afraid that I am out of ideas.

Damn!
Thank you for your time.
I guess I'll spend tomorrow recreating it. grrrrrrr
