Can't close/save a PSD file

I have a large PSD file that I am working on with multiple text layers. After editing it I can't close or save it. I get the following alert: "Could not save C:\... because the file is already in use or left open"

Never have had this problem before. Managed to somehow close it earlier today, but can't do it now.

What's going on?

Funny............that's what I finally tried, and it worked. Closed both of them.
