I have a 9133-55A with 64GB 3rdparty memory a week ago it defraged to 40GB with error code B123E500- we replaced the 6 dimms it reported failed and still get the error code B123E500 but now its says that all 64GB are available/configured the system has firmware SF240-382. Any thoughts on how to clear this error.

Predictive Error" you still have bad memory in the system, the only way to remove the error is to remove the bad memory, unless you are on an old firmware level. Later firmware has some fixes for this error.

The issue is that the error this time pointed to one of the new/replacement dimms which we know were good. The error doesnt seem to stay in the same dimm slot or even memory dimm itself if you try to clear it instead it just reappears elsewhere. We are on firmware level SF240-382. We will try to update the firmware and see if that gets it fixed. The memory manufacture is telling us we need to restore the factory settings and that should remove the error. Any additional thoughts? Thanks!

Hmm, firmware only one level down and no memory fixes listed in the latest.

Well the firmware doesn't seem to think it is good enough.

"Any additional thoughts?"
Buy IBM memory instead!
