can't change dialplan on new installation CM...!!!

Hi all

I have setup a new installation of Communication Manager 6 but when I try to change on dialplan I can't, and I get error message that I need to remove entries from public numbering form.

I want just to set 2 as DAC and 8 as FAC but I can't.

when I enter to public-numbering-network I can't remove anything.

Please can anyone help us on this ???
