I am trying on call forward external i1140 sets on a SRG
Keys are programmed as CFW 16 with cls cfxa
They are in normal mode
SRG is Rls 3
CS 1000e is Rls 5.0
i1140 sets at CS1000e site that are call forwarded externally work fine
Sets at SRG site seem to strip 2 digits

Do the sets at the SRG use zone based dialing? If so, it is possible that is configured with additional digit manipulation that you are not taking into account, and you will need to verify the call routing in the SRG.

I'm having the same issue and the zone's are all programmed correctly. ESN is all correct and the sip traces show the digits being sent out the CS1K. Looks to be as though the SRG is stripping the last 2 digits. All latest and greatest patches as of this week for the CS1k and the SRG.
