Can't call out through a PRI r2-digital

Can't call out of the gateway through a r2-digital PRI.

My controller conf:

The provider is receiving on the first 15 channels and sending through channels 17-31.

I can receive but i cannot start calls. I get a busy signal after a few seconds.

Sorry for the long LOG.

Doing a show voice port summary during a call attempt i get:

0/2/0:1 04 r2-digital up dorm idle idle y
0/2/0:1 05 r2-digital up up seizeack idle y
0/2/0:1 06 r2-digital up dorm idle idle y

But it drops instantly.

The Provider says it doesn't receive any signal on his side.

Any ideas?

You are trying to go out port 0/2/0:1 which according to you is an inbound only channel. Change your outbound dial-peers to use ds0-group2

And by the way this is not a PRI. This is a CAS T1 with individual DS0 channels.

Actually, port 0/2/0:1 is the outbound port.
 
Oh I see that now. You said the provider is receiving on 1-15 which will be your outbound ports.
What does dial-peer 102 look like?
What model router? IOS version?

On a Cisco 2821 Router with c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.124-11.XW10. I've tried with c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-24.T3 but changed because it is working ok with 124-11.XW10 on another customer. In this case it's not working with both.
